Recommended hardware
NetPorta runs on almost anything: a virtual machine with 1 CPU, 1–2 GB of memory and a 10 GB disk is enough (Proxmox, VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, VirtualBox), or an older computer or a mini PC. For the headquarters (Main) with several branches I recommend 2 CPUs and 4 GB of memory.
NetPorta runs on Debian 13 and ships as OVA (VMware, Proxmox) and VHDX (Hyper-V). It can also be installed on a mini PC.
The values are a guide – the need depends on the size of the network and the length of history. For an idea: headquarters with 3 branches uses about 340 MB RAM.

§ 4 A mini PC for small branches
A mini PC for small branches
A mini PC suits small branches well – NetPorta runs on it without problems and you do not need a virtualization server.
