All prices are in Czech crowns (CZK). I am not a VAT payer; prices are final.

Licences include prepaid updates for the period you choose. When they end, NetPorta keeps running with everything it can do – it just gets no new versions. Introductory prices apply for the first 3 months of sales, the founder licence with updates forever only for the first six months.

For the first customers: pay once and get updates free forever. With the One network licence, any further products are free as well. It is no longer sold six months after sales start.

§ 6 Multiple networks – do it yourself

Multiple networks – do it yourself

For companies with branches. You install the central NetPorta (Main) on your own server, and the NetPortas at the branches send their data to it. You see everything in one place – Main only reads the data and never interferes with the branch networks. The connection can run over a VPN, and you create user accounts just once, on Main. Unlimited devices. You pay for the headquarters (Main), which includes its own network, and for each branch. The same prices apply to renewals.

Turnkey

Deployment on your hardware, filled with your data: installation and licence, SNMP and read-only accounts on devices, map check, device categories and owners, warranties and licences, e-mail alerts, backup advice, training and network documentation. Start scope: 1 firewall, switches up to 48 ports, up to 50 devices. The price includes a One network licence with updates for the chosen period.

§ 11 Good to know

Good to know

NetPorta runs on almost anything: a virtual machine with 1 CPU, 1–2 GB of memory and a 10 GB disk is enough (Proxmox, VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, VirtualBox), or an older computer or a mini PC. For the headquarters (Main) with several branches I recommend 2 CPUs and 4 GB of memory.
Introductory prices apply for the first 3 months of sales, the founder licence for the first six months. Regular prices apply after that.
When prepaid updates end, NetPorta keeps running with all data and features; it just gets no new versions.
The free trial is valid for 30 days from download. After that it stays read-only: it stops reading new data and sending alerts. Once you upload a licence, it continues in full with all data.
Ordering: write to me, I send an invoice and after payment I send you a licence key and create your access to the customer area, where you download the installation. Card payment on the website is not available.
Transferring the licence to a new installation (server replacement, failure, other virtualization) is free twice a year.

The licence is verified over the internet (HTTPS to smiratech.cz), at least once every 30 days. For networks without internet access I issue the licence as a file.
